The oversize is REFFED to MILL.Also use in DISTILLERY INDUSTRIES.Distillery Grain Hammer Mill  Specially designed for grains used as raw material for GRAIN based distilleries to grind multi grains in single mill, like- Sorghum, Brocken Rice, Millet, Maize, wheat, Ragi, Topioca and Cassava etc. Accepted flour particle size in grain based distilleries are as under

Application requires two stage grinding – 1st stage in Hammer Crusher for Coarse grinding and 2nd stage in Micro Pulveriser for Fine grinding. Useful where different variety of products to be pulverized. Fineness attainable up to 90-95% particles passing through 60 Mesh BSS.

• Mill is provided with anti vibration mounting pads to avoid foundation and vibrations.

Pulverization in Impex Pulverizer is achieved by the impact of roating hammers and grinding plates. Row material from the feed hopper enters the rotary feeder and spills into the grinder chamber. Continous and strong beating reduces the lumps into small particles and the air stream blowing through the pulverizer carries the ground material toward outlet. The oversize particles are rejected by the whizzer classifier and retuened to the grinding chamber. They are beaten further and reduced to cyclone collector through fan. they way connecton of cyclone and fabric type dust collector provides clear air to the mill and also complete pulverizing operation free from dust.
